1. Synthesizing and controlling defects in functional oxide materials and quantum heterostructures to explore their emergent phenomena.
2. Designing novel devices that exploit these unique properties for innovative electronic and energy applications.

신물성 기반의 미래 반도체 및 에너지 소자 구현을 목표로 합니다. 이를 위해 투명 전도성/금속-절연체 전이/강유전성/고전자 이동도와 같은 고유한 특성을 지닌 산화물 신소재를 합성하고, 격자 내 결함을 정밀하게 제어하는 연구를 수행합니다.
